Welding hinge BH609, with steel washer, material: iron, finishing: self color or zinc plating

The heavy duty welding hinge BH609 Information & Specifications:

1. Now we have two sizes of this type hinge, they are 102X86X4mm and 102X86X6mm, the diameter of steel pin is 12mm.

2. This type hinge can be taken down, as the pin is combined by a bolt and nut. This design gives the convenience.

3. The material of the hinge and hinge barrel is mild steel, the finishing is self color, zinc plated finishing and powder coating are available.

4. We designed this welding hinge for doors of trucks. This hinge is similar with our welding hinge BH608.

5. Usually we quote this hinge by one piece, but normally it should be use 2 piece(one pair) for each door.

6. We can make the holes in the leaf, if customers need.

7. We can produce according to customer's size.

8. The packing: inner box, carton, then pallet.
